Upon knowing my situation, without a doubt in his mind, he connected me with the a property lawyer who helped me understand my NRST exemption and how I can qualify for it. When I got my nomination, Yousef on boarded me to his portfolio. Upon meeting him for the first time in person, the first thing that came across my mind was he is too young. Will be have that experience to help me find a house in my budget? His assurance to this question made me say, ok, let us try him out. We bought a house on OCT 26th 2022. I went with Yousef 3 years ago when I bought my first house and the experience then was nice no doubt and he was my first go to call when I decided I wanted to buy an investment property.
